@optimum Given that we've had techs out here to fix the issue 3 times & many other people in my town complain of the same issue, my faith in your ability to fix it is nil. If the upgrade doesn't work, we'll find another provider. Broadband should be a utility.

@OptimumHelp @optimum Spend so much money every month to have the worst internet ever. Would call but waiting 3 hours for a useless worker to show up in 3 weeks and say nothing is a even bigger waste of my time
