He made it!and taught a tremendous lesson!If you are determined to succeed, you will G-d willing see success.It may not be at the moment you wanted or the way you wanted. But you will get there.He was determined to make it to Meron. Not by foot, but like a king. Driving up to the entrance. With that strong determination, 6 hours later he was there. Literally drove up the the entrance of the ohel!Yes, there were many obstacles. It took befriending an officer on the spot. Turning around and trying other routes. Driving through a forest. It meant walking around a checkpoint pretending like you belonged. Driving with confidence the wrong way around the traffic circle, as if you were meant to. Focus, focus, focus, focus.Know the feeling?You're in middle of reviewing an inventory count, when a new email with a question about a PO comes in.You quickly take a look.Than your what's app pings. An associate has a quick question on a Sales Order.You jump on it. LinkedIn notifies you of a new message.You take a peek.Than you get a call. An item is missing from a fulfilled order.You start to look into it. Before you know it your bouncing between 7 different things, and totally forgot the inventory count you were reviewing!!!Sometimes I have to remind myself, focus, focus, focus, focus!!------------------------Culinary Depot is a leading Commercial Kitchen Distributor! When I started out as Warehouse Operation Manager, it was not all roses and beautiful.I came in running, focused on improving the processes, and creating an efficient warehouse operation. This included letting go those who didn't want to get on board😔There was friction, and to say the least, I was not the favorite boss😔I stay focused on my goals, but I also put tremendous effort on creating a happy team and a friendly atmosphere. One that was productive, but also content.When I get these messages, it's the best feeling, knowing we were able to come together as a solid, friendly team, and bring the best out of us!
