Everyone can carry the same product, prices aren't too different from each other. However good staff is hard to find. The young man Nate did a great job helping me in the fish sporting good section. He has knowledge, patience and a sincere desire to help. His service stands out. I had even voiced out before meeting Nate I would need help and other staff quickly walk away. Nate was the opposite wanting to help which led me to buy more than planned. If Nate ever wanted a job I'd hire him on the spot. Don't believe the negative reviews about race, these guys sincerely want to help and work. Issaquah location stands out

Store is well kept and lots of folks ready to assist you.
Seems though every time I go there is crime happening either inside store or parking lot. This particular time my car was surrounded by police cause there was two stolen cars. One next to nine and one directly behind mine.

Been here a few times, usually later in the evening, it's hardly ever packed, the younger staff are always really friendly, and there's tons of selection. The exercise equipment is especially great. Highly recommend this place

I always enjoy shopping at Dick’s Sporting Goods because they have a friendly and helpful staff. They are knowledgeable about the products and always ready to assist me with any questions or issues. If they don’t have what I’m looking for in the store, they always order it for me and send it to my home for free. That’s great customer service and convenience. I highly recommend Dick’s Sporting Goods to anyone who loves sports and outdoor activities.
My kids enjoy school shopping for clothes there as well!

Great customer service today. All the staff was very helpful. They helped us find the shoes we needed and got us set up on a new bicycle for my daughter. Very friendly and informative!

Stopped by to get a fishing role rack and when I went home to assemble it was missing several parts. Drove back and explained what happened and they exchanged it for a new one. They verified it had all of the parts before completing the exchange. Very friendly and helpful staff at this stop.

I went in to get a GT mountain bike I saw online, the salesperson Tom was extremely helpful. He got it down for me and tuned it up to make sure it was totally ready to ride out of the store. He also helped explain important things to know about the type of bike I was purchasing, and helped find the right pump and even put on the kick stand right there that he had to go in the back to find. Tom was very professional and competent. All in all it was a great experience.

Great experience with Micah for the break in process of new softball glove. Last season the staff was un trained and un familiar with the process of which I was charged for. If you are going to buy a mitt and use their break in process of which is included with most gloves, demand an experienced person such as Micah!

Friendly and helpful staff. Went in to purchase a couple bicycles for my kids for Christmas. Associate was helpful and knowledgable. He was helping me and 3 other customers at the same time, all while doing a final inspection on a purchased bike for someone else. He was engaging new customers, not waiting to be asked to help. Great experience.

I've been meaning to call the store back, but I am so slack. My daughter is joining a softball team, but we had no idea where to start with gear. A store associate had Joe assist us. He was incredible! He showed my daughter how to hold the bat better, showed us a little pad we could buy to help with impact, talk to her about how her helmet should fit and tested it for us, and on and on. He was absolutely incredible. I really love that the store had someone so knowledgeable in the sport for which they sell products. Thanks for being so kind and personable, Joe!

I had a bit of a mixup with one of the promotions going on. The signage was really unclear, anyway a rep named Connie helped sort it out. She was super friendly, quick and acknowledged the ambiguity of the add. And when I got the cashier Matt or Mathew.. was super patient about the whole thing. I took up a ton of time and was a pain In the butt trying to figure out if a cup was on discount or not... but I was never rushed or given an attitude by either of them. Customer service like this isn’t everywhere!! I’ll make the trip out here again to buy camping gear. Worth the extra few minutes of a drive to get treated well.

The store manager, Jessie, was extremely helpful to us on a day that the store was swamped due to an unexpected promotion. He faced several situations (short staffing, misplaced tools, demanding customers), but kept his professional demeanor and provided excellent customer service to everyone he worked with while we were in the store. In the end, we left with the equipment we came for, and were very happy with the bike we purchased and the store we bought it from.

The highlands location always is my favorite to go to because of the hard working floor workers! Shoutout to Mitchell, Lakota, and Nathan for always helping me and my kids out picking the best and latest toys and accessories! I have bought the rifle here, Savage Mark 2 GXP. Unfortunately, the optics connection was dovetail (like in the older model) instead of Picatinny (the newer model). The manager just removed the scope from the showcase rifle and installed it on mine. I'm really impressed. Thanks and good luck!
