Young And The Restless Scoop June 20: Victor Tells Audra Kyle Will Be Her Co-CEO - Katie Wonders If Claire Will Kill Them All In Their Sleep - The Soap Scoop (2024)

The (Zuleyka Silver) will not be happy with Victor Newman’s (Eric Braeden) edict.

Also coming up, Katie Abbott (Sienna Mercuri) will tell Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) that Claire Grace (Hayley Erin) isn’t part of her family. Plus, Lily Winters (Christel Khalil) and Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) will make a deal. And Devon Winters (Bryton James) will worry that his sister is in cahoots with Billy.

Y&R spoilers tease Victoria will tell Katie it’s normal to be upset and confused about losing their home. “Maybe we ought to talk about Claire too,” she’ll say. “You weren’t very nice to her.” However, Katie will tell her mom the kids at school say Claire’s crazy and dangerous. “Is she?”

But Victoria will say Claire spent her life being manipulated by her aunt, she’s not crazy or dangerous. She’ll also point out the rest of the family has accepted her. “Maybe she’s faking it, maybe she’ll murder us all in our sleep,” Katie will reply. “She’s not a member of my family so stop pushing her on me.”

Speaking of Claire, Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) will run into her at Crimson Lights. He’ll ask how it went with her siblings. “Johnny seemed fine with me being there,” she’ll reply, but not Katie. Talk will turn to Kyle and he’ll admit the problems he’s facing at Jabot. Claire will suggest maybe he could work somewhere else. After Claire leaves, Kyle will get a text from Victor, asking if they can meet.

At the GCAC, Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic) will learn that Tucker McCall (Trevor St. John) faked a heart attack. Audra will say he knew he was only delaying the inevitable. She always kept her eye on the prize and in the end, she won. Nate will advise her to stay on high alert. Tucker will be out for revenge.

But Audra’s not afraid of him. “You didn’t see him, Tucker was shocked,” she’ll add. “I wouldn’t be surprised if he stayed in Paris permanently.” Which, with Trevor St. John’s departure, looks highly likely. Then Audra will get a text from Victor, saying they need to meet. Nate will assume it’s from her mystery investor. And he’ll warn her that whoever the investor is may have plans of his own for Glissade.

Meanwhile, Lily will ask Billy how Jill Abbott (Jess Walton) is doing. Billy will say she’s having a hard time walking and shortness of breath. “But if anyone’s going to beat this, I’m putting my money on my mom.” Then Lily will say she’s thought a lot about his proposal.

“Taking the company to new heights with you definitely sounds appealing.”But she’ll admit she has one provision. “We divide Chancellor-Winters. We let Devon take Winters and you and I run Chancellor.” They’ll toast to their partnership with champagne, just as Devon walks in.

Lily will leave and Billy will video chat with Jill. He’ll tell her he and Lily are going to undo the merger. “No Billy,” she’ll say. But Billy will tell her Lily’s going to run Chancellor with him. “Chancellor will become Abbott-Chancellor and your legacy is secure.”

Devon will head to the office and tell Nate he saw Lily and Billy having a very cozy lunch together. So, he’s worried Lily is buying into the idea of running Chancellor with Billy. But Nate will say Lily knows what she’s doing. Then Lily will arrive and tell Devon she’s got Billy right where she wants him. However, she wants him to rethink his trip to Paris. “Because this whole thing is going to explode.”

Finally, Audra will arrive at the ranch and Victor will ask how Tucker reacted. “He never thought it could happen to him or that I would be the one to do it,” Audra will reply. But she’ll ask Victor why he still wants to remain anonymous and what else he’s after with the acquisition.

“Do not ever second guess my intentions,” he’ll reply. “Before you make any changes, I would like to add someone to your leadership team, namely Kyle Abbott.” A surprised Audra will say she’s sure she can find a division for Kyle to run. “I do not want Kyle to run a division, I want him to become your co-CEO,” Victor will reply.

However, Audra will say she’s capable of running the company on her own. Of course, Victor will tell her it’s not merely a suggestion. “Your work at Glissade is contingent upon your agreeing to work with Kyle.” So, when Kyle arrives, he’ll ask why he’s there.

Victor will tell him Audra’s now in charge of Glissade. “She needs someone to run the business with her and you came to mind,” he’ll add. Then Victor will remind Kyle of the conversation they had about him not being challenged at Jabot. “Co-running Glissade with Audra would be quite a challenge. You interested?” But how will Kyle respond?
