It’s time to register to attend the 2024 Mid-Atlantic Spring Equipment Show!Armbands have started going out in the mail! Go to www.maseshow.com to register for yours today! The 2024 Mid-Atlantic Spring Equipment Show is just around the corner. This year it will be held Wednesday, April 17th. As usual, it will be held at the JB Hunt Horse Complex in Raleigh. Last year we had an incredible turnout of vendors and attendees, and we are looking forward to another great year.Last year we started pre-registering the attendees prior to the event and entry went much smoother/quicker for everyone.We will once again send out arm bands instead of tickets.We will ask for name, municipality, job title, email and phone number for each attendee.How it will it work?Once the ticket request qty is received from the municipality, a follow up email will be sent requesting the names, title/role, phone and/or email of each attendee. The attendee will be provided an armband with a preassigned number imprinted on it. The attendee and number will be entered in the system and information used for the cash (and other prizes) drawings on the day of the event.If the attendee does not have a work issued email, please do not supply it. It will not affect their prize eligibility as long as the other items are complete.For those that have been there previous years, you know how hard it can be to understand the announcements at times, so for that reason, we would like to ask that a phone number be listed when possible.This will allow us to text winners during the prize drawings.The prizes are going to be bigger than ever this year so we are certain they will not want to miss out!Some municipalities have requested large numbers of tickets over the years and have just given them out to their crew to fill out and bring to the event. They will still be able to pass out bands to their crew just as they have in previous years. If the attendee is registered prior to the deadline, then he/she will still be fully eligible for all prize drawings.Can’t pre-register??? Don’t worry… we will have extra armbands at the gate. (Prize eligibility will be limited so pre-registration is best to make sure no one misses out on the big prizes!)Thanks for your help in making this the best event yet!
